Program Description
An intensive Spanish course is the ideal course if you want to learn Spanish or improve your level quickly. At the end of the course, you will be able to understand and use Spanish in your everyday life, as well as having a better appreciation of Spanish culture through the extracurricular activities on offer.
Program Cost
Tution – € 799 / [currency amount=”799″ from=”EUR” to=”USD” show_from=false round=false] per mo.
The tuition fee includes the registration fee and tuition for the semester. Learning materials, health insurance, a university ID card, and access to university facilities are also included.
Housing – € 450 / [currency amount=”450″ from=”EUR” to=”USD” show_from=false round=false] per mo., shared student apt.
A homestay costs € 700 / [currency amount=”700″ from=”EUR” to=”USD” show_from=false round=false] per mo.
Program Structure
Students complete 90 class hours of Spanish per month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 13:00 h. For months with public holidays, class times may be from 9:00 -14:00 in order to complete the number of course hours.
Certificates (included in the enrolment fee): University of Malaga Own-Degree: To obtain the certificate, students must attend at least 80% of the classes and pass the level final exam. If a student fails the exam, an Attendance Certificate can be issued, providing the student has attended at least 80% of the classes.
Levels: There are six levels of this course, from beginner to advanced. The courses are offered providing the minimum number of students required is reached after completion of the placement test.
A placement test is taken on the first day of the course.
A final exam is taken on the last day of the course.
Housing / Accommodation
Ther are several housing options. Students can choose from a shared student apartment or a homestay with a Spanish family. Students can also arrange their own housing if they wish.
Eligibility / How to Enroll
There is no minimum required GPA. Recommendation letters are not required. The minimum age for enrollment is 16.
