COURSE DESCRIPTION – Italian Language and Culture Program, Year-Round
The Italian Language Course at Idea Verona is an intensive Italian course consisting of 20 class-hours per week. This intensive approach to the Italian language takes place on two levels – the first is devoted to the study of grammar, while the second focuses on communication and conversation. Classes are held Monday through Friday on all levels, from beginner Italian to Advanced Italian. There are 2 hours of guided tours every Wednesday afternoon to expose students to aspects of Italian culture. The minimum age for participation in the Italian Language and Culture course is 16.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Open enrollment, anybody can participate. The Italian Language and Culture program at the Idea Verona Italian School is open to teens, students, and adults. Minimum age 16.
ABOUT
Idea Verona offers Italian language courses for all learning levels at our institution and online with an expert teaching team of native speaker instructors. Idea Verona Italian language courses are organized according to the guidelines of the European Community from beginner to advanced levels of language, from A1 (beginner Italian) to C2 (advanced Italian) and all students receive a certificate of participation upon successful completion of each course. In addition, as a Dante Alighieri Society authorized testing center for the PLIDA Italian language proficiency test, students interested in taking the PLIDA Italian language proficiency exam to earn certification can do so directly at Idea Verona.
The Idea Verona Study Centre is an Italian language and culture school for foreigners located in the historic centre of Verona. Not only an environment dedicated to the study of language, art and Italian culture, Idea Verona is also a meeting place for students from all over the world. The atmosphere is exciting and positive, allowing students to enjoy school in the welcoming climate of Italian hospitality, which combines efficiency and courtesy. Verona and the school are an ideal location for cultural exchange and mutual meeting and enrichment among students. Idea Verona has an enviable central location, a short walk from the Arena and Piazza Erbe, the school has adequate space for socializing, enjoying the peace and quiet needed for study and concentration.
